For reporting purposes, MICA dumps its data into an Excel spread sheet. This is done for two reasons. First, once the data is in a spread sheet, formatting of the data, such as font type, size, style, and color and borders can be easily set. Second and perhaps most importantly, if you have some esoteric calculation that the MICA program does not perform, any data from the program can be dumped into a spread sheet and the desired calculation can then be carried out easily.
